As chief technologist, Dave brings 16 years of software development and computer networking experience and expertise to FISH. Dave comes to FISH from Celion Networks where he was responsible for software architecture for the Celion Enterprise Transport System. Prior to Celion, Dave was at Texas A&M University where he led the development, operation and maintenance of the university’s campus-wide computer network. He has a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science with minor in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M; his time there focused on research and development in networking protocols, computer security and real-time distributed system development. That experience, combined with his techniques for rapid software development and reputation for quality, is the technological foundation of FISH Measurement Solutions.
In his role as CTO, Dave is responsible for the setting the technology direction for the company. Dave works closely with Mike and Rick to design and recommend the appropriate technology solutions that support FISH’s business strategies. Dave then drives the implementation of that technology with FISH’s R&D and Application Design resources.
