Mike Gilvar | Founder and CEO
Mike is an owner and co-founder of THE TRADE GROUP, an exhibit marketing company based in Dallas, and has served as Executive Vice President for 20 Years. Four years ago Mike started the lead management and measurement company FISH, which has successfully implemented its programs for many of the nations largest companies.
Mike leads FISH by defining the unifying direction and strategy for the company. Mike’s unique ability to communicate, articulate, and clarify the vision is what enables FISH to excel in the execution of our customer’s programs. While Mike ensures that there is a well-defined strategy, he also makes certain that the basic principles of strategic thought pervade the organization from top to bottom. Mike has shaped a high-performance team whose ability to execute is matched only by their enthusiasm for the vision.
