Michael Gilvar, CEO
Michael has helped over 400 companies refine their messages and target buyers more-effectively through trade shows. Mike is a co-founder of THE TRADE GROUP® and has served the role of Vice President of Creative Services for 20 Years. Four years ago Mike started the lead management and measurement company FISH which has successfully implemented its programs for many of the nations largest companies including: Snap-On Tools, Medtronic and the US Army. Mike has been invited to share his ideas on the topics of effective event marketing and measurement by numerous companies and associations including HCEA (Health Care Exhibitor's Association, AMA (American Marketing Association), HSMA (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association), TSEA (Trade Show and Exhibitors Association), and the industry's largest event the EXHIBITOR Show.

Rick Weldon, President
Rick's skills and experience in marketing, project management, requirements, design, and development of network systems and medical devices are a key part of Fish’s services. His 26 years of experience help ensure that our projects are on budget, on time and exactly what our customers need.  Rick comes to Fish from SRI Product Development, where he was a consultant with expertise in developing marketing strategies, project plans, and product architectures for several large medical device and defense companies. Prior to SRI, Rick was a partner in XXI Communications, a consulting and engineering services company with expertise in the architecture and design of network systems. Prior to XXI Communications, Rick had worked at Objective Solutions, DSC Communications, Bellcore, and SBC in a variety of positions including Principal Engineer, Software Director, and Product Management Director. Rick has a BSIE from the University of Texas, Arlington.

David K. Hess, CTO
As chief technologist, Dave brings 16 years of software development and computer networking experience and expertise to Fish. Dave comes to Fish from Celion Networks where he was responsible for software architecture for the Celion Enterprise Transport System. Prior to Celion, Dave was at Texas A&M University where he led the development, operation and maintenance of the university's campus-wide computer network. He has a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science with minor in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M; his time there focused on research and development in networking protocols, computer security and real-time distributed system development. That experience, combined with his techniques for rapid software development and reputation for quality, is the technological foundation of Fish Measurement Solutions.
