The experience is designed to attract young men and woman attending NASCAR, Air-Shows and other venues so that the Army can deliver positive messages about choosing the Army as a career path and identify potential recruits.

Fish's role in this experience was to develop a solution that would allow the US Army to collect actionable information that would impact the post-event recruiting process. Fish was tasked with collecting data profiles as people registered to enter, track and control traffic, and measure behaviors throughout the four structures that housed different stages of the experience.
