Measurement
Fish works with our clients and partners to understand the business objectives of our clients and ensure measurement is both meaningful and actionable.
We have the ability to dynamically create “measurement zones” via our software. A measurement zone can be any size (as large as a room or as small as a phone booth), overlapping or “mobile” (meaning a zone can move with an assigned tag). Our reports include all of the following:
- Total unique visits to specific measurement zones
- Repeat visits to specific measurement zones
- Aggregate time spent by all attendees in any measurement zone
- Segmented (by visitor type) aggregate time spent in any measurement zone
- Average duration of visit per measurement zone
- Total aggregate time of visit – all zones
- Seminar attendance
- Traffic Analysis / Scatter Map
- Staffer engagements
- Total time of staffer engagements
- Segmented staff engagements by buyer type
- Behavior profiles
- Visitor engagements
- Staff Engagements
- Product/Demo Engagements
- Seminar/Session Attendance
